Edit your page. Click where you want to insert a video or audio clip. Go
to "Insert" "HTML..." and a blank dialog box will appear. Within that
screen, copy and paste the following:

<embed src="moviename.mov" width=280 height=220 controller=true
loop=false autoplay=true>

You should already have used FTP to load your movie onto your server
space. Then, just type in the name of your movie where it says
"moviename.mov" above. For example, if my movie is called
RedRockFieldTrip.mov, I would paste:

<embed src="RedRockFieldTrip.mov" width=280 height=220 controller=true
loop=false autoplay=no>

You can then manually change the width and height if you wish. Finally,
save your page and publish it. Click "Refresh" and voila!
